What happened to growing old with each other? Some things have changed but that won't stop me. We're racing the clock and you've got the car keys. We'll shine so bright that we'll burn this city and leave. What happened to perseverance? A lot of things have changed around here and you're growing distant. What happened to best friends? What happened to holding hands? What happens in the end makes all the difference. It's just like you said " Build up some confidence." Now I'm standing proud and I'm sick of playing pretend. What happened to conversations lit up by that fire place of yours, with no complications? What happened to these details that held us together, through thick and thin, like pen writes on paper? What happened to all that time I spent alone with you writing stories of contradictions? What happened to 5 years? What happened except tears? What happens if our story turns out to be FICTION?
